At iKuiz, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Depending on how you use iKuiz, we may collect information you provide (name, email address, account information, support requests, feedback submissions); platform usage information (assessment activity, readiness scores, progress history, category selections, study activity, device information, browser information); the messages you send to our AI study features; and payment information. Payments are processed through trusted third party providers, and iKuiz does not store complete credit card numbers or payment credentials.
Information may be used to deliver platform services, generate readiness reports, provide study recommendations, improve assessments, improve user experience, process payments, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and develop new features.
If you provide an email address, we may send account notifications, assessment reports, product updates, study reminders, and promotional messages. Users may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
iKuiz may use cookies and analytics tools to understand platform usage, improve performance, remember user preferences, and enhance functionality. Users may adjust browser settings to limit cookies.
We implement reasonable safeguards designed to protect user information. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with trusted service providers when necessary to process payments, host services, deliver communications, provide analytics, and maintain platform operations. These providers are required to protect information appropriately.
Information may be retained as long as necessary to operate the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Users may request access to personal information, correction of information, deletion of information, and closure of accounts. Requests may be submitted through platform support channels or by emailing info@ikuiz.net.
iKuiz accounts are for users 13 years of age and older. A parent or guardian with an account may create learner profiles for their own children, including children under 13, in order to enroll them in a study program. For those learner profiles we collect only what the parent chooses to enter: a display name or nickname, an avatar, and a grade band, together with that learner's study activity within the platform. Children do not receive their own logins, and we do not knowingly collect contact information or other personal details directly from a child. A parent or guardian may review or remove a learner profile and its associated data at any time by emailing info@ikuiz.net. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 other than through a parent created learner profile, we will take reasonable steps to remove it.
iKuiz may integrate with third party providers including payment processors, authentication and hosting services, analytics services, email providers, artificial intelligence providers that power our study features, analytics tools such as Google Analytics that help us understand how the platform is used (in aggregate, with IP addresses anonymized), and educational resources. These providers maintain their own privacy practices and policies.
iKuiz includes optional study features powered by artificial intelligence, including iKoach and MyTutor. When you choose to use them, the messages you send and the limited study context needed to answer you, such as the exam category you are practicing, are transmitted to a third party artificial intelligence provider that generates the response. That information is used only to produce your response and to operate the feature. It is not sold, and it is not used to show you advertising. Your iKoach conversation history is saved to your account so the conversation follows you across your devices, and you may clear it or request its deletion at any time by emailing info@ikuiz.net. These features are optional and are active only when you choose to use them. Please do not enter sensitive personal information into an AI study feature.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
